Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy
Cancellation
Amidaan doesn’t offer cancellation/refund of orders however you can exchange the item with another size or color depending on ability in the stock. Please follow our return process to exchange an item.
Change/Exchange
In exchange, you can exchange any item with another size or color of same item but have to be available in our stock. Exchange request must be made within 7 days. Used and Perishable items can not be exchanged.
Return
To return an item please send an email to [email protected] and we will send you a RMA number then fill up these form and then place the item securely in its original packaging and we will arrange the return pickup at the earlier.
To return an item please make sure the item isn’t used along with the original tag, condition is same as you received, should be in the same box as you received.
Refund
We do not offer refund system however we may offer you store credit in some cases. You can use this store credit with unlimited validity. If there is an issue with the purchase and we decide to process the refund then you have to wait 7-20 working days to receive the amount on your bank card / wallet / bank account from the one you originally paid.
Amidaan reserves the rights to make decision about any return/refund/exchange item.
